Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting the Jonis Allen Foundation online store, managed by the Jonis Allen Foundation. Every order helps support rescue animals and community programs.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or product drops, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services depending on the destination and order size.

5. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Customs processing (for international orders, if applicable)

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

9. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
