Thank you for supporting the Jonis Allen Foundation. Every purchase helps fund Animal Enrichment Programs for partnering shelters.

Because many of our products are made to order and help support charitable efforts, we maintain a limited refund and returns policy outlined below.

1. All Sales Support a Cause

A portion of every purchase directly Partnering Shelters & Rescues. Due to the nature of our work and production process, we are unable to accept general returns.

2. Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

• You received a defective item

• You received the wrong item

• Your item arrived damaged

• Your order was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Sale or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect)

• Items returned without prior approval

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

• A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

5. Replacements

If your request is approved, we may offer:

• A replacement item

• Store credit

• A refund to your original payment method (when applicable)

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier. However, if your package is marked as lost or undelivered, we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
